Why supernatural? It has the most amazing midnight black colour. It has the most out of this world unbelievable chocolaty taste. And because you simply can't resist it.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups flour
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cups cocoa powder
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
¾ cup milk
2/3 cup hot water
½ cup tootifrutti
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and sugar. Mix together eggs, oil, milk and vanilla essence. Beat well. Add the hot water. Beat again. Fold in the dry ingredients. Add the tuttifrutti.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
