Paneer Tikka

Paneer Tikka



250 gm paneer, cubed
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp kasuri methi
½ cup hung curd
1 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of mace powder
Salt to taste
Few drops red colour



Marinade the paneer cubes with rest of the ingredients for an hour. You can either cook it on stove or grill it in an oven. Here I have used just 1 tbsp oil and sautéed the paneer on gas. Garnish with cubed tomatoes and capsicum.
