Chicken Hazarvi Kabab
Ingredients
250 gm boneless chicken
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp white pepper powder
½ cup cheese, grated
3 green chillies, chopped
½ cup chopped coriander
leaves
¼ tsp mace powder
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
1 egg
½ cup fresh cream (optional)
Salt to taste
Apply ginger garlic paste,
white pepper powder and salt on chicken pieces and keep aside for half an hour.
Mash together grated cheese,
chopped chillies, mace powder, nutmeg powder, chopped coriander and a little
salt.
Add egg and mix well.
Put the chicken in the cheese mixture. If you are
using the cream you can add it now. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2-3
hours.
Preheat the oven at 180
degree Celsius. Bake/grill in the oven for about 15 minutes. after about 8
minutes turn over the chicken pieces.
