Chilli Garlic noodles

Chilli Garlic noodles


1 packet hakka noodles
3 dry red chillies
1 cup chopped French beans
1 cup chopped carrots
10 garlic pods, crushed
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp ajinomoto
Salt to taste


Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. As soon as you drain the hot water put them under cold running water and wash well to stop the cooking process. Spread out on a plate to dry a bit.


Heat some oil and fry the noodles on high heat for about 4 minutes. Keep aside.
Heat some more oil. Add the crushed garlic and red chillies. Add the chopped French beans and carrots. 


Cover and cook till they are soft but still have a little crunch. Add the noodles and fry. Season with soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and salt.
