Lau Posto

Lau Posto

A simple refresing dish.



Ingredients

1 lauki, skineed and cut into small cubes
1 tsp kalonji
½ cup khus khus, soaked
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of sugar



Peel and cut the lauki. Grind the soaked khus khus with some water. Heat some oil. Add kalonji. Add the lauki and sauté for a few minutes. 



Add the khus khus paste, salt, sugar and turmeric powder. Sauté, cover and cook till done. The lauki will release a lot of water so you don’t have to add extra water.
