Peanut Chicken kabab

Peanut Chicken Kabab

This is a good starter for parties. It is rich, creamy and has a different flavor than most kababs.

Ingredients

500 gm boneless chicken
First marinade
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
Juice of ½ lime
Second marinade
1 cup hung curd
6 tbsp peanuts, roasted and made into a paste with 2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Few drops orange red colour

Keep the chicken pieces in the first marinade for half an hour.
For the second marinade mix hung curd, peanut paste, tamarind paste and ginger garlic paste.

Add the chicken pieces. Check the seasoning. Add the color. Keep aside for half an hour.

Grill for 15  minutes on one side. Baste with some oil, turn and grill another 10 minutes.
