How to make herb paneer
Ingredients
1 litre milk
2 tbsp vinegar/lime juice
1 tbsp dried parsley/chopped
coriander leaves
Bring the milk to a boil. Add
the parsley and mix well. Add the vinegar and stir till the milk curdles.
Spread
a muslin cloth over a pan. Drain the curdled milk over the muslin cloth.
You can either hang up the
cloth to drain the whey.
If you want a slab of paneer you can fold the muslin
over the paneer, put it on a plate and place something heavy on top to squeeze
out the whey.
Your paneer is ready.
