How to make homemade ghee
I don’t believe in exerting
myself. The traditional method of making ghee is a back breaking job. Every
20-25 days I accumulate a lot of cream from my milk.
So I take the easiest road
to make ghee.
Heat a big karahi. Tip in all
the accumulated cream.
Doesn't matter if the cream is a bit smelly. Just keep
on high heat and stir once a while. After some time you will find a layer of
ghee floating on the top.
The thick curdled part will settle at the bottom.
Sieve it into the ghee container.
